Jessica is an anomaly and loves all the geeky things anomalies love. She talks about what it was like growing up a geek girl and discusses her thoughts on women of Sci-Fi, fantasy and fandom.
Her web series Awkward Embraces follows Jessica's dating misadventures. Her non-geek gal pals don't get her Star Trek references, but they love her despite her batleth analogies... and perhaps because of that they often try to "help her" by setting her up with men they deem to be "suitable".
